This dark wool is primarily dark cocoa brown fibres that are sourced from Black Welsh sheep. It is great for stuffing toys that have been crocheted using dark coloured yarn as you won't be able to see any stuffing through your stitches.
Also available in light coloured wool.
(If you're using the stuffing for Toft animal patterns, each bag contains enough stuffing for 8 standard (DK) animals, or 2 large (Aran) animal. You'll need 2 bags for a giant (Chunky) animal.)

Great for SuperChewers. Keeps my Golden busy.

My dog loves it and it keeps her busy for a while. She actually pulls it out of her toy basket and brings it to me when she wants it filled. I break her treats into some pieces that are easy to get and some a little harder. This way she doesn’t get them too fast or loose interest if they’re harder to get. Also, she’s had it for 3 months and there’s barely a mark on it and she’s still a puppy that chews her toys to pieces.

Have a 1 1/2 yr old Belgian Malinois who needs things to do. I bought these and he loved it. Bad thing, it took him 1 day to chew the rope off both grape and pineapple. The stems on the cherry were also chewed off. The rest of the toy is intact and he still loves it.
