寒天原材料是深海紅藻，是動物造明膠（gelatin）的素食替代物，同樣有令食物凝固的增稠作用，低糖不含脂肪，充滿植物纖維以及大量礦物質如鈣、鐵、鉀、鎂等以及葉酸，無色無味，可作出變化無窮的各式食品，包括果凍、奶凍、慕斯等，亦可加入湯、飯及各種中西式飯菜，增加飽肚感對纖體很有幫助。植物纖維在腸道內提供膳食濡養益菌，有助改善腸道健康。

建議用法：用一條寒天，以清水浸軟後瀝乾，可原條或切細加入500-600cc 液體（水、果汁、牛奶、果仁奶、湯汁等），開火煮至溶化，熄火後可倒入合適容器，或添加各種其他食材，放涼凝固後食用。可隨意調教寒天粉量（浸水前先切細），並因應希望達到的濃稠度調教液體粉量。

Heaven sent

My back suddenly decided to show me who's the boss. This reading pillow has been a God send! It is substantial without being too hard, soft enough to be comfortable without being too soft, absolutely no lumps! The outside cover is removable to allow for machine washing and is so soft to the touch. There is a handle on the back that makes it easy to move. This has allowed me to be able to sit upright, much appreciated!

It's perfect support.

The best way to describe the super comfy reading pillow is super comfy. I use it to sit up while watching something soothing to my mind on tv and due to its comfyness and softness, it's perfectly just right for my back. The funny thing is within a few minutes I'm knocked out sleep, which is a good thing. It's soft but firm lumbar area and arms feels oh so comfortable. It gives the best sleep quality and less toss and turning. I highly recommend.
