Die in Japan verehrte Aomori Hiba ist eine uralte, langsam wachsende Zypresse, deren Holz seit Jahrhunderten für den Bau von Tempeln und anderen bedeutenden Gebäuden in ganz Japan verwendet wird. Hiba-Holz ist von Natur aus antiseptisch, insektenabweisend und wohltuend aromatisch.

Hiba-Öl wird seit Jahrtausenden zur Unterstützung von Körper und Geist verwendet. Es hat natürliche antimikrobiellen Eigenschaften und daher auch der ideale Schädlingsbekämpfer für deine Pflanzen. Das ätherische Öl, das aus dem Hiba-Holz gewonnen wird, enthält mehr als 40 verschiedene Inhaltsstoffe. Vor allem zwei Inhaltsstoffe, Hinokitiol und Beta-Dolabrin, sind sehr selten und kommen nur in den Hiba-Bäumen Japans vor. Diese Inhaltsstoffe sorgen dafür, dass du ruhig bleibst und deine Pflanzen nicht von Schädlingen befallen werden.
