ACT spring retainers utilize wraparound spring windows and thicker retainer stampings to provide spring support, reduce stress concentrations, and increase strength and reliability. these are very nice platter/plates
these are not quite as thick as I was hoping for, but they’re really nice. I guess I’m just used to using paper plate holders underneath them but if you use two together, they’ll hold just about anything that you can put on them.

Thick, sturdy, hard almost like cardboard
Size: Extra Large (Pack of 1)
These are sturdy and thick. They held a steak and baked potato tonight just fine - did this to try sturdiness and leak. It is one of the best paper plates I've found, so I highly recommend. I got the blue pattern and they're beautiful. By the way, these are big paper plates, not the little thin ones-- sturdy.
