The AEM 22-506R Performance Short Ram Air Intake System has been engineered to be an affordable and easy way to boost the horsepower and torque of your engine. The restrictive factory air filter and air intake housing are replaced with this AEM air intake system which was designed, tuned and dyno-tested to fit specific Acura RSX Type-S models. Air enters the system through an oversized AEM Dryflow synthetic washable air filter for outstanding air flow, filtration and performance. The sound your engine makes when accelerating is also modified to a fuller, more aggressive resonance allowing you to hear and feel the horsepower upgrade. The intake tubing is constructed from mandrel-bent aluminum featuring a durable red powder coated finish. This air intake system was developed to accommodate the engine's factory emissions control devices including the intake air temperature sensor, intake air bypass thermal valve vacuum hose and crankcase breather tube. The tapered cylinder shaped AEM Dryflow air filter is made from an oil-free, synthetic filter media that can be used for up to 100,000 miles before cleaning is needed (depending on driving conditions). The air intake system is easy to install with commonly available tools. Some AEM air intakes are not legal for sale or use in California and other states adopting California emission standards, while others are 50 state legal. Waste of Money and Time
It’s useless buying this protection plan. They will not help you with your issue. They will refer you back to the seller. What’s the point of buying a protection plan when they refuse to help? I DO NOT recommend purchasing this plan. Total waste of money and time.

Quick and easy to file a claim & get resolution!
I bought a blender from Amazon about 18 months ago and at the same time, purchased the Asurion policy to cover it. The glass pitcher cracked last week and I filed a claim with Asurion. Having never used Asurion before, I wasn't sure what to expect but I was blown away by the ease and speed with which my claim was resolved.
Immediately after submitting the claim, Asurion sent a pre-paid shipping label with clear instructions on what to do next. After packing up the blender, taping the label on the front of the box (I had kept the original box the blender came in), and dropping the box off at the UPS location near me (Asurion's instructions included addresses for 2 drop-off locations in my tiny town), I had a refund in my email within hours. I was able to add the refund to my Amazon account simply by clicking on a button in the email and there it was, a credit in my Amazon account!
As I said earlier, I'm blown away by how easy it was to file my claim and get a refund. Asurion made the entire process so effortless! Since the blender I had purchased is no longer available, I ordered a different one from Amazon (it arrives today - yay!) and I can guarantee you that I also purchased the Asurion policy to cover it. Thank you, Asurion, for making the process so easy and the resolution so fast.
