The Human EDN3 (Endothelin-3) ELISA Kit measures EDN3 in Human Serum, Plasma, Cell Culture Supernatant, Cell or Tissue Lysate. This kit is based on Competitive-ELISA detection method and takes 2h assay time. The microplate provided in this kit has been precoated with EDN3. EDN3 in the sample or standard competes with a fixed amount of biotin-labeled EDN3 for sites on a pre-coated antibody specific to EDN3. Free components are washed off. After adding HRP-Streptavidin Conjugate (SABC), biotin specifically binds with streptavidin to form immune complexes. Wash off unbound conjugate. Add TMB substrate solution. Then, TMB was catalyzed by HRP to produce a blue color product that turned yellow after adding a stop solution. Read the O.D. absorbance at 450nm in a microplate reader. Compare OD450 value of sample with the standard curve through curve fitting software to determine the concentration of EDN3 in the sample. The concentration of the target substance is inversely proportional to the OD450 value.

I purchased the 3 year plan for my robotic vacuum. It stopped working at about the 1 year point. Went to their site, printed the prepaid label, dropped it off at UPS store near me. The sent an email letting me know they received the vacuum, then another email that they were trying to repair it, then another email about two weeks after I mailed it letting me know that a gift card for the full amount would be issued via email to mail as they could not repair it. Took the gift card credit on amazon and purchased a different vacuum. I bought the insurance again, it is worth it!

Don’t waste you money on this if you’re purchasing a vacuum costing you 6-700.00 or more. We have completed the claims process twice so far, called more time than I like to admit. Bought extremely large boxes and packaging and tape. Drove to ups, waited for ups only to not have our unit repaired. This last claim which was 24 hrs after we received the “fixed” item back was in the companies possession for just two hours when we were sent a msg stating they could not repeat the issues and it was on it’s was back AGAIN. So without a working vacuum for weeks it is now headed back with the same issues. The customer service line assure us they would not let it ship out and would instead keep it and a supervisor would check it and found but 10 minutes after my call I received a tracking number. Save yourself the headache and insure through someone else. Vac sounds like a power saw with rocks in it and won’t clean. Company see that as normal. Told many lies and still repair/.refund
