Laser Scribed Graphene (LSG) is a type of graphene formed by using high-energy lasers such as femtosecond lasers to irradiate oxidized graphene films, and reducing them through photochemical and photothermal effects. This method has the following significant characteristics of this technology:

With high resolution, it can achieve patterning and structural preparation at the micrometer or even nanometer level, meeting the needs of fine device manufacturing; Flexibility and customization, graphene with specific shapes and structures can be directly written on various substrates according to design requirements, with high flexibility and customization;

Application Fields

 

Stress Sensor: LSG has excellent mechanical strength and conductivity, capable of responding to various forms of external stress and converting them into electrical signals for detection.

Biosensors: LSG has excellent electrocatalytic activity and strong adsorption capacity, and can sensitively detect biomolecules such as glucose, dopamine, hydrogen peroxide, nucleic acid, and insulin.

Gas sensor: The three-dimensional micro nano porous structure in LSG provides more active sites and diffusion paths for gas detection, which can be used for the detection of gases such as ammonia and hydrogen.

Temperature sensor: The resistance of LSG has a negative exponential relationship with temperature, so it can be used as a temperature sensor to monitor changes in body temperature and battery temperature in real time.

Humidity sensor: The combination of LSG and graphene oxide has high sensitivity to humidity changes and can be used for humidity detection.
