Lapsang Souchong, Kellerapfel und Dosenbirne. Die Zugabe von etwas Wasser verstärkt die fruchtigen Aromen von Dosenbirne; erdig, nasses Laub.
Diese Abfüllung stammt aus einem Einzelfass, das zuvor Sherry der Sorte Pedro Ximénez enthielt. Der Whisky reifte durchgängig in dem Fass, das mit New Make aus intensiv über Torfrauch gedarrtem Gerstenmalz befüllt wurde.
