Gebruik
Meng 1 ½ maatlepel (30-35 g) plantaardig proteïne poeder in een shakebeker of blender samen met 300-350 ml (plantaardige) melk, fruitsap of smoothies. Shake 15 seconden en klaar om te drinken. They are very nice quality, but the 3ml are a little tight on the vial. This is not necessarily a bad thing, but something to note. The 10ml are a little lose on 10ml, but work great on 30ml hospira bac water
