I do a lot of barbecuing and you want a thick pepper and salt for brisket. These are very nice quality. They work really well. You can adjust the coarseness as you prefer. They aren't overly loud. I got them for someone as a gift for someone and I'm going to get myself a set also because I really like them. They charge quickly. Overall, a really nice set that seems like it will last a long time.
