The San Lorenzo closes amazingly fresh, yet a bit short, leaving a tinge of bitter citrus to linger. This hails hails from 80-year-old vines that grow in marl and sandstone soils" (Eric Guido, Vinous).
We would like to add that after a few years ageing in the bottles, this is developing wonderfully and becoming perfectly integrated and rounded, delivering the full spectrum of Friulano's unique character.
