Ordering Process:

Please ensure when ordering you use our image uploader to provide a photograph of your loved ones handwriting.

Alternatively, if you would prefer to email us your images, please send these to [email protected], including your order reference and let us know if you have any comments for our engraving team.

Once we receive your order we will send you a confirmation email. We will then make your jewelry piece. Our standard turnaround time is around 7 days from receipt of your handwriting. We will of course contact you if we expect a delay producing your item.

Your jewelry piece will be beautifully gift-wrapped in a jewelry box with an EverWith bag, ideal for gifting.

Your finished jewelry piece will be dispatched using an international courier service with a 1 hour delivery window, with tracking information emailed to you.
